Kimoplates

The film can easily be handled in daylight conditions and requires neither fusing process nor chemical development, which might cause shrinkage or waving of it. Its 0.075mm thick polyester base provides dimensional stability and ensures accurate image size as well as good registration. Through imaging Kimolec TH-90S with the Filmsetter 340i a UV density of 2.8~3.0 is achieved.

Kimoplate Ze is a non-sensitized polyester plate newly developed to be imaged exclusively on the Kimosetter 525. As an inkjet imaging plate it is designed under the same concept as the Kimoplate e2 but it also has advanced features as well.

Kimoplate Ze is designed to create be best image using UV ink while maintaining the same features of the Kimoplate e2; it requires no special chemicals, etch or fountain solution and does not require post washing or post fusing. The plate is ready straight from the Kimosetter 525.
