Our plates used to last up to 5,000 impressions, although it's always been much less on NCR carbonless paper. Now our plates are lucky to get 1,000 impressions on normal paper and about 400 impressions on NCR, and it's getting worse. We haven't changed anything. Still using the same inks and fountain solution as we always have. Need a solution to this, because right now the situation is hopeless.
