We are a small commercial printing company in NJ. Approximately a year ago we got a Kimosetter 410 and I love it! I do not know what I would do without it; so much so that I've already been looking forward to what kind of upgrade is on the horizon. That's the good news :-)
Now onto the bad news - The bad news is when I inquired about what was in development for CTP systems in the future I was informed that Kimoto's latest works are on CTP systems more for a higher end customer base. What?! You already have me as a customer! Isn't it easier to sell to an existing customer than a new customer?
Listen, I really like the 410. I know it's considered a low-end CTP system. It's a piece of equipment I use every day and I have no regrets purchasing it. I've never heard anybody talk negatively about this unit. It does what it does well, and KIMOTO has already proven itself to me and you've garnered me as a loyal customer. Please don't squeeze me out altogether by going after the high-end market!!!
