Our Kimosetter 340 has recently started showing a void every 3/8 of an inch (where the ink should meet). Is there a way to manually adjust the spacing between the printing? Thank you in advance.

If the void you are getting is for sure every 3/8, exactly where the inks should overlap, then there is a way in the RIP that you can close that gap. It is an quick fix, but sometimes the gaps are too wide for the Micro adjustments.
Hello,
I'm also getting a void every 3/8, exactly where the inks should overlap. Cleaning does not seem to help. Changing the settings in the RIP can't close the gap. I have contacted my supplier in The Netherlands and he saids there is probly something broken of. De scan that I send him did make that clear. I find this very strange!! The printer is just a year old. Feather I noticed that I'm not the only one thats having that problem. Can you help me?
Thanks in advance.
Ronald
